My winter favorites list was such a big hit, so I have been keeping a list of some things that I’ve loved this spring. These have little or nothing to do with weight loss and everything to do with lifestyle!
I know good things and get a kick out of sharing!
Swell’s Scarf
This is a cute entrepreneur who started in Georgia and now lives in Jackson, Mississippi. I really appreciate her beautiful scarves. I have a few of these, and they make wonderful gifts.

Alo Pants
One of my yoga friends introduced me to these pants. They don’t wrinkle, are incredibly light, and come in longs! There are several colors!

The RealReal for Sunnies
With summer coming, you might need an update on your sunnies. This resale site carries so many brands at a fraction of the cost. I have purchased many things from this company, sunglasses being one of them.

Sunscreen – Etta
I have incredibly sensitive skin, and it’s even gotten worse as I’ve aged. If something has harsh ingredients, I’m likely to get blotchy and have a reaction. This is a sunscreen that both Erin Jane and I use and love.

Charcoal Toothpaste
Another fun part of getting older is that your teeth can become dimmer. At least twice a month, I scrub my pearly whites with this charcoal toothpaste, and that’s how I maintain my white smile. I tried bleaching my teeth with dentist products, but it made my teeth sensitive to cold, and it wasn’t a good fit. This is an excellent solution.

Ralph Lauren Cable-Knit Crewneck Cardigan
I don’t tend to buy trendy things. I like classics that will stick around year after year. A navy blue crewneck cardigan is a staple of mine that I had to replace because I wore my old one out.

Divine’s Hair Leave-In Conditioner
Dry hair seems to be another interesting side effect of getting older. I noticed it was looking a little straw-like about four years ago. Leave-in conditioners have become a staple in my hair care routine.

Face Mask
I wish I had started using these when I was younger. Once a week, I pop one of these on in the morning and sit down to read my book or do my devotional while it works its magic.

The Measure
I am a huge reader. Eighty percent of the time, I’m listening to books on my Audible account while folding laundry, driving, or going for a hot girl walk. This is one of my favorite books of the year.

Deodorant – Clean
Once again, with the sensitive skin… I’m known for dry skin flare-ups, and under my arms can be a spot that gets incredibly uncomfortable during a flare-up. I’ve used this deodorant for about four years. It’s really cheap!

Sourdough – Ballerina Farm Flour
I love baking. When I stumbled across Ballerina Farm, she taught me everything I know about making sourdough. I even invested in her sourdough products a few years ago, and I loved them. This flour happens to have protein in it, and I find my baked goods turn out even better.

Poppi
This is a probiotic fiber soda pop. I just like them.

Recipe
There was an influencer a few years ago who made some of the best high-fiber recipes. Her name was Healthy with Nettie on Instagram, and I haven’t seen her in years, but this recipe is absolutely outstanding. I typically make these into muffins rather than a loaf and freeze them to enjoy for a few months. This is an excellent recipe.
