- 2 slices hero brand white bread
- 1 whole egg
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/6 avocado
- Arugula (optional)
PREPARATION
- Toast 2 slices of bread
- Heat the pan, scrabble egg with cottage cheese.
- Smash the avocado on the toast and top with cheesy egg mixture.
*I topped that with some red pepper flakes.
