WEEKLY LIVE GROUP COACHING CALLS
You get weekly access to live coaching calls for feedback on your diet and struggles related to your goals. All live calls will be recorded and reposted. You will submit your questions ahead of time and get a chance for 1:1 feedback.
PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP
Each week Suz will go live in the private Facebook community to give specific teachings and feedback. This is a place where Suz will answer all of your questions & and provide motivation to stay on track!
WEEKLY HOMEWORK (Mandatory)
There is 3 Weekly Check-In days to ensure you are on track with losing that next 10 pounds. Since you are in the Food Peace University, these homework assignments (Check In’s) are designed to reinforce everything you are learning about protein, fat & fiber, and calories.
They help make sure you are eating the right foods, adjust portion sizes to make sure you’re building healthy habits that will allow you to keep the weight off forever. This is the easiest homework you will ever do!
3 MONTHS FROM NOW, THIS CAN BE YOU
In 3 months, you can easily achieve your weight loss goals that you have been working so hard on, without getting results. Sadly, working harder won’t get you there. You have to work smarter.

The cost of Small Group Coaching is $2499, payment options are available.
After the 12 weeks, you can join the Melting Group, work 1:1 with Suz (Babysit My Plate), and/or subscribe to SOS (Suz on Your Shoulder).
