The cost of Small Group Coaching is $2499, payment options are available.

Online! You will have access to a portal with tons of resources. Communications will be through email and a private Facebook group (you can join even if you don’t have Facebook).
I will provide you with personalized calorie and macro goals to get you started. I will also teach you step-by-step how you can determine your own calories and macro goals in the future.
I start a new round of this program each month.
All of the sessions are recorded and saved and sent out so that you can watch them at your convenience.
It depends on how much weight you have to lose. The more weight you have to lose (over 50 pounds the faster the weight is going to come off). As a rule of thumb, 4% of your body weight is the average for a month. For the majority, that means you can estimate 1-2 pounds a week. The Food Peace University is designed to Rev Your Metabolism, which means we keep the calories as high as possible while losing weight.
NO FOOD IS OFF LIMITS! You are going to learn how to fit in all foods while losing weight. In order to have permanent weight loss, you have to learn how to eat your favorite foods while in the weight loss process. No one wants to lose weight temporarily, so temporary actions lead to temporary results. We are about learning how to eat now to reach your goals… Fad diets, restrictive diets, and plans that take out entire food groups don’t work. This is your time to learn how to eat like everyone else around you.
100% If you plan to eat out and drink alcohol AFTER you lose the weight, you need to be eating out and drinking alcohol WHILE you are losing weight. This is a real life program teaching you about nutrition and how to navigate different situations like holiday’s, parties, restaurants, and more.
The short answer, NO. The longer answer, I focus on nutrition and learning what to eat. The trend is that most people already have an exercise program in place and exercise is not part of the weight loss equation, I cover this in the video modules. The Food Peace University is meant to support your current exercise plan and will work without exercise. I do encourage everyone to adopt exercise into their lifestyle as it is good for overall mental and physical health.
The Food Peace University will work if you put in the work. I will do everything I can to help you win at losing weight. My job is to clear away obstacles that may get in your way. When you trust this process, settle into it taking 3 months of consistency, and follow the program, you are going to achieve success in a way that you never have. I can’t guarantee what you are going to commit to, so I can’t guarantee results. If you DO the work, you are going to be successful. What is a good indicator of your success? Success leaves clues, if you have been successful in any area of your life, and can apply that same discipline and compromise that it took to achieve that success into the Food Peace University, you will be successful.
