1 Tablespoon ZenBasil seeds
1 Tablespoon Fiber Syrup (Choczero or Sukrin)
Berries of choice (I used Strawberries)
Nutrition Facts:
⅓ Cup Bran Buds 11g fiber
1 Tablespoon Zenbasil seeds 7g fiber
1 Tablespoon Fiber Syrup 14g fiber
Berries of choice (I used Strawberries) 3g fiber
For Journaling 35g fiber, 17g net carb
